Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Color & Eyebrows, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, to maintain the quality of our services and respect the time of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-shows will forfeit the full deposit amount.
Rescheduling
- We allow one free reschedule if done at least 48 hours in advance.
- Additional rescheduling may require a rescheduling fee.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made 48+ hours in advance.
- Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Color & Eyebrows is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions to pigments or numbing agents (despite patch testing)
- Poor healing or color retention due to non-compliance with aftercare
- Natural variations in healing and final results
- Changes in appearance due to aging, sun exposure, or lifestyle factors
Photo & Video Consent
We may request permission to photograph your results for portfolio and marketing purposes. You have the right to decline, and this will not affect your service quality.
